Healthy Eating

This week we have been learning lots about healthy eating and activities. We had great fun making smoothies.

We were able to follow instructions on how to make a banana and mango smoothie. We were great at taking turns.

The children were able to recognise how the fruit changed to become 'smaller' and 'like water' through the 'blending area'! I was also impressed with how carefully the children used a potato peeler, knife and blender.

And…. we all enjoyed the tasting! YUM.
